Wow! Can you find Cardamom seeds when you need them? Yes! Through Falconsuperstore at Amazon. Forget fiddly pods. These seeds are perfect for anything needing Cardamom. I adore Cardamom in my Coffee. A teaspoon ( use a tea infuser) in a mug gives terrific flavour. The service was swift and efficient. A true bonus. The packaging was sufficient and safe. I recommend this seller to anyone who needs the unusual and often un-findable in the high street.

I was spending so much time removing seeds from pods… These beautiful, fragrant and delicious seeds are of a high quality. As well as for creamy curries I add them to kafir or yoghurt, alond with turmeric and cumin, and to hot chocolate and chocolate desserts with cinnamon and chilli powder. Cardamom is my number one favourite spice.
