I have been ordering this product for a while and love it! Best sunflower oil out there! It’s fresh and I can smell the sunflower seeds in it. Smells sooo good! It imparts a great flavor to foods. I use it to fry, butter substitute, salads, and for oil pulling. I’m so spoiled now cause I don’t use any other sunflower oil nor do I want to use any other.

Growing up in Eastern Europe we used a lot of sunflower oil. I can’t understand why people use canola oil which in Europe is used for break fluid. I missed using sunflower oil and I was glad to find it here. The taste is mild not too strong perfect for mayo, frying and other recipes. Thank you, will buy again!

I have been ordering Smude’s cold pressed sunflower oil for about 2 years now and even though it costs more than the inferior products on local food store shelves, I feel it is worth it due to it’s production methods and quality of its high oleic seed, plus the fact that it is produced in smaller batches and is not heat-treated, or filtered. The packaging on this latest shipment was second to none as it was very well protected with extra packing paper that I can recycle. The box included appropriate labels to indicate which side is up, that it is fragile and of liquid contents. You are what you eat, so it pays to spend more money to get the best!
