I was a little worry about its quality when I ordered. However, when I receive it, the fish is much better than I expected. It’s well cleaned and fresh.

Over all the fish was good and pretty tasty but considering the price it should’ve been more fresh. I roasted it in the oven with herbs, but the quality was ok. It had a slight fishy smell when I unwrapped it and the flesh wasn’t as firm as I would like after cooking. The snapper I’m used to eating has a firmer flakier texture…this was ok but a bit on the mushy side in some parts. Also lots of bones so be careful when eating. I will not buy again because it was very expensive but the quality could have been better.

Has a nice thickness to it and its very flavorful. Hands down it is the best fish I’ve ever tasted. Worth every penny!!!
