Very fresh, no fishy smell, perfect for sushi/sashimi, made summer Hamachi Poke. So delicious. Ordered for delivery, 1lb got about 1.4lbs at the end and in 2 pieces. I took off a star as the pricing on the label did not match the pricing online, so confusing.

These tuna steaks were very fresh. I used the same day for dinner after marinating for two hours in soy sauce and wasabi along with black sesamey seeds, then seared on the grill, leaving inside rare like sushi. To die for.
